I don’t understand the confusion here - am I missing something? 10/4/21 CYDY made a motion for the prelim injunction and it was issued on 12/16/21 requiring Amarex to provide access to all of its materials. Is this different?
I’m more curious how long arbitrations take as it started Oct 2021 so it’s been 20 months - varying online estimates have the median duration ranging from 13.5 to 22 months (18 months for 10-100$mm; 29 months for > $100mm). The American Arbitration Association (that’s who is being used here) roadmap has the typical one at under a year.
Perhaps the size of our claim is causing a longer timeframe.
