NOTHING is "open to debate" because there are FACTS as to what company/companies the arbitration is with. To say otherwise is to say it is up for debate that Tuesday follows Monday.
That language about an injunction makes NOTHING clear because there is no context. Without context, we have no understanding of what something is about. Not a difficult concept. And again, there are NO injunctions in an arbitration.
No one changed direction and the "news story" as quoted in one sentence doesn't mean anything without context, which is all I asked for so that I, personally, could understand it.
To the best of our knowledge thus far, NSF is NOT a party to the arbitration. I have asked this board for any clarification based on facts that it may have. Not a hard concept.
