To the best of my knowledge, the arbitration is against Amarex alone, not Amarex and NSF or any other entity. I have the agreement between CYDY and Amarex as well, and that is what is being used in the arbitration as far as I know.
If anyone has different information about the parties to the arbitration, I am certainly happy to be informed of it.
