Re: Evil Rabbit #135168
I think that is exactly right - if there was some positive update, they wouldn't wait until the required quarterly call.
one thing that's puzzling to me - it's now almost a month since Cyrus went on leave. I know health conditions aren't figured out overnight - but my business partner had a heart attack and was back working in less than 2 weeks. Maybe it was something different - i had speculated stress-related as a result of the FDA not lifting the hold / changing the goal posts on us. - but i would think a month is more than enough time to make some evaluation of whether you're coming back or not? perhaps it was something worse, which i hope isn't the case for him.
i would just like to know "who's on first" - who is driving the ship right now?. we're in a tough spot - i know they expected the hold to be lifted by now, and i can't imagine we're swimming in extra cash. and someone has to be making the day to day decisions and leading this thing forward. I like Anthony, but he's a CFO - he's not a strategic thinker / CEO type. And the new CMO seems great, but she's brand new. And it's not Tanya.
personally, i maintain that shareholders deserve some type of communication as this is among the more uncertain periods i can remember over my 7 years here. maybe it's just me.
