We are pleased to invite you to attend IC PUNCH MEDIA, INC.'s First Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 5:00PM (PST) at Roscoe’s Media Center (RCM) located at:
5047 West Pico Boulevard
Los Angeles, CA 90019
Check-in begins at 2:30 p.m. PST.
Meeting begins at 5:00 p.m. PST.
If You Plan to Attend the Annual Meeting:
•It is important that you let us know in advance by RSVP to this invite indicating your plans to attend.
•Please note that space limitations make it necessary for us to limit attendance to our stockholders . Only IC PUNCH MEDIA, INC. stockholders as of the close of business on April 13, 2013 are entitled to attend our Annual Meeting.
•You must be registered to be admitted to the meeting. Registration will take place at Roscoe's Media Center (RCM) (see map for directions). Parking is available on the street.
•Admission is free and seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Check-in and registration will begin promptly at 2:30 p.m.PST.
Each stockholder should be prepared to present:
1.Valid photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport; and
2.Stockholders holding their shares through a broker, bank , trustee or nominee will need to bring proof of beneficial ownership as of the Record Date, such as their most recent account statement reflecting their stock ownership prior to April 13, 2013.
•Cameras, recording devices, and other electronic devices, such as smart phones, will not be permitted at the meeting. Photography is prohibited at the meeting. Please also do not bring large bags or packages to the meeting
•Please allow ample time for check-in. For security reasons, you and your bags will be subject to search prior to your admittance to the meeting.
