What's the upside on legally shorting VERB as there are so many other stocks that one could short. Take Nvidia that I own. It would take some balls to short that. Might make money are lose a bunch.
Look for VERB and other companies to fire off the lawsuits against Shabby now that they are the first of many to be exposed.
