KC...let me frame it this way...IF,... they had/have material news that might/could change the share price...stock splits...change in employees...partnerships...Hold lifts...they MUST disclose...anything that would materially change... the perceptive value of a stock...has to be reported within 4 days of the event...
By virtue of that fact...THEY as a company have nothing to report...The CC will come at the end of the 2nd Qtr...month end. Butt, to be clear...this could explode after hours Today...We don't know.
Frankly, I don't want to hear $#!T...until they are ripping the leather Off the ball...on its way to the parking lot....Butt,...hat's just me.
