Everyone gets frustrated to some degree over 18 months
Of arguing and regurgitating the same things.
I’m sure the arbitrator try’s to make contra arguments
To each sides case.
NSF knows the consequences and at some point
Will decide to weigh those consequences and
Mitigate their damage.
I am not an attorney, but both parties agreed upon arbitration.
SA will get as much as they can but it could be for less than
People think cydy deserves.
It is not about only being right, rather how do we resolve the issue satisfactorily to both parties. Arbitration is seldom all or nothing.
