Sean, you're making my point, we were Amarex's client, not NSF's. Amarex (as already stated by someone else) wasn't a shell company that was just doing NSF's bidding. They had employees, customers, their own assets, etc. so I don't think they meet the criteria it takes to pierce the corporate veil.

We can just agree to disagree at this point and we'll let it play out.
