I'm not an attorney but I think at the time in question they were pursuing their own corporate interests. It's not after the the fact. Also, we have no idea what Amarex is currently doing. If they are paying their own legal bills and NSF isn't then they are again pursuing their own corporate interests. I would love for us to be able to go after NSF for everything we're owed but I don't think we meet the full requirement for piercing the veil. Again, I'm not an attorney though so it's just an opinion. I would love to be proven wrong by the arbitration.
