It's pretty hard to think that Amarex has a legitimate reason for such shoddy work that independent auditors say the data can't be used, and for the FDA to say that Amarex didn't provide the data the FDA specifically asked for, and that what data WERE provided Amarex entered in the wrong places on the form. Oh, and that they failed to log in the dates when people were dosed, and other things that made data completely useless.

But hey, that's just me. By all means, let's give Amarex the benefit of the doubt and sit here questioning whether CYDY should prevail in an arbitration about whether the work was performed at a professional level of accomplishment, as the contract states it has to be. Uh huh.
