The basis for piercing the corporate veil in this instance is proving that the parent company had control over the subsidiary.
NSF appointed one of their employees to run Amarex. This person stayed on as an employee of NSF. They appointed two of their people to be board members of Amarex. The NSF CEO stipulated that he PERSONALLY would investigate CYDY's claims of malfeasance by their subsidiary Amarex.
If that isn't control, I don't know what is.
