There is no "court" in the CYDY-Amarex situation. Just an arbitrator.
And your definition of piercing the corporate veil leaves out the fact that is must be proved in court, it is not decided by an arbitrator. It ain't gonna happen here.
Again, it could take a VERY long time in court to determine if it was pierced or not, and CYDY doesn't have that kind of time or those kinds of deep pockets. Lawfirms like to be paid, they don't want to wait years and years for a possible percentage.
