Those are not things to remember necessarily due to the following:
NSF may be the parent company, but Amarex is an LLC which means it most likely completely shields the parent company from liability. That is why when Sony or Netflix make a movie or tv show, they have an LLC produce and own the property which limits liability of the parent company even though they own the LLC. That is the whole point of an LLC.
I am not sure what your point number 2 was meant to say, but remember, this is NOT a LAWSUIT, it is an ARBITRATION and the rules are night and day different.
