I would liken the current situation... to that of a car and driver...the car being the company...the driver being the Pres./CEO...Accleration on the straightaways...deceleration on the curves...not particularly difficult... to determine what part of the highway we are on.

ANY driver would look at the company and employ the necessary components...to get to a point of autonomy...
Years ago...I was asked to invest in a cannabis company...she was organically brilliant...had a customer base for years...her father was the supply chain...I asked her one question in our meeting...Who do you have to replace you...IF you get hit by a car...she didn't...I didn't.
