GEP just finished its trial period for making solar panels in its Vietnam factory in January of this year?
No news release on GEP's website about any exclusive distributor partnership with Sun Pacific Power.
Great timing to "pivot" back to SPP from EPC (new subsidiary) with the new GEP exclusive distributor agreement since ceo's side company(CAC Realty) gets 30% of the profits from SPP sales as of April 2023.
Maybe when the Alabama plant doesn't happen and SPP can grab that 750MW LOI and book the order with GEP? But, that would probably happen after the new CAC realty trained sales people bomb out and SPP (ceo) has no money to pay back CAC realty (ceo) for the training investment. Ceo could then grab SPP subsidiary... a-la Medrecycler, LLC for non payment next April (12 month promissory payback note due date)
