NO LOAN...
368 consecutive days since company tweeted "working on last piece for funding" on June 6, 2022.
And then we get this...a press release announcing re-selling and distributing some China/Vietnamese company's unknown solar panels for the next 2 years.
Obviously, no loan in sight. No lender would entertain loaning any amount of money, to a company to build a 50 mil solar plant, when the borrower is now under an exclusive distributorship, with a foreign entity, to re-sell competing products, with a lender's investment, for 2 years.
