The federal spending budget for 2023 is approximately 6.2 trillion dollars with FDA portion 3.5 billion dollars or .000056 of total. Another 3.5 bilion dollars (approx) collected in fees from Pharma Co's.
The amount contributed to the FDA is paltry (to say the least).
To use their logic to charge fees to speed up the process is akin to having defense lawyers and major criminals make payments for federal judges to speed up trials .... how would that work?
I would love to start a legal assault on the FDA, but they would probably take their vengeance out on CYDY!
And what I hear on this blog is that a fair amount of people working at FDA are X-big pharma dudes and dudettes.
