Those two links sound like a commercial and a bunch of forward looking statements. They use terms like "will soon", "coming soon", etc. If anything, it was just paid promotion of already existing technology. We know this first hand.

As we all should know, VERB will not be the only one in this type of market. Awareness of others trying to do the same thing (or similar) will only bring more awareness to VERB. VERB is also in a quiet period (wish the heckling Mitch Dohm's of the world were in one too) and may be working on a deal that could give a very significant financial boost to their marketing campaign.
