you make an excellent point that i failed to make. i have indeed increased my share count by a good amount by averaging down - and hopefully everyone on the board here has been doing the the same. i have maybe 50% more shares than i had 2 years ago - i have added whatever i could afford to over that time.

a coach of mine many years ago said "you're either moving backwards or forwards, there is no standing still". as it relates to this investment - you either sell when the #$% hits the fan, or you buy more - you can't just be paralyzed. sometimes it's really hard to buy when the trend is down. but, i've continued to buy, and god help me if i'm wrong

at the end of the day, i always come back to the underlying asset that we own. it's shown efficacy in 2 massive markets (NASH and solid tumors - well, HIV also, but we're not pursuing that) - and someone will pay us a large multiple of the 200MM market cap where we sit, even in a worst case scenario. add to that - the fact that big pharma is struggling to find new sources of revenue as patents expire. so - we should be in the proverbial catbird seat - if we can just navigate this FDA BS, and get our fearless leader back at the helm - both of which i believe will happen.
