I've heard of some funny math going on. Here is the simple way to look at it.
There are not some 289 million shares missing. You can't arbitrarily add the restricted together at 2 points and call it the total. The total is what OTCM reports it as.
Notice that Doc's unrestricted shares are now in the unrestricted total for June 1, 2023. Simple.
