UNVC: Now UNVC has a new float count, 2.516.780.608 with the 1.403.122.537 Dalton added to it.
Remember Dalton said the float would dry up, looks like it got flooded.
The float went up 7.990.082 3rd quarter of 2022,(in the filings)
The public float (also known as “floating shares” or “the float”) represents the shares that are: publicly-owned. unrestricted.
However, if insiders eventually sell their stock in the market, these shares become part of the float. Or restricted converted to un-restricted become part of the float to be sold.
Dalton moved all his shares to the float where did the 6.316.072 come from that is still restricted.
