I'm gonna make this very simple; If doc wanted to dilute his 1.4B shares by unrestricting them he would not be doing it now at a penny or below. He would have done at 16 cents.. plain simple math. and He could easily do a form 144 to at a set price to do it. and I don't see any of those on Edgar..So...why then is he unrestricting them now if it is not for a penny? Because he's not releasing these shares for pennies in the otc. Yes bashers...you're gonna read this and you know the truth. He's got BIG MONEY lined up for uplist to buy these shares and the small float we currently have won't provide liquidity which provides volume and volume precedes price. And they can't buy unless unvc uplist. So why do it now? because my bet is that Doc is waiting any day for re registration approval. that is all...
