LV stamp of approval - speed train has now left the station. Doc is not a crook and could have sold long ago. He as a vested interest in seeing this through - he knows his reputation depends on it, his own finite time, his daughter, and his bank account (nevermind the slipping economy). There is an urgency to moving this forward. Shares need to be purchased on a larger scale to move upwards.
