We (dividend shareholders) technically still own 36% of NuGenerex...however, let's face it, our investment in GNBT (and now NGIO) has always been a lotto ticket.
But, as I've said before, IMHO our odds of a winning ticket have increased with Youfeng (yeah I know, China). If they had no intentions of doing business in the US why file an 8K?
