The Health and Human Resources bill is my guess will set unvc up as a winner. There is a truck load of money in this bill. Doctor Dalton is in prime position to take full advantage of this massive government resource. Once this bill is signed, I believe Doctor Dalton will rollout his plan. Dalton knows the bureaucracy of Washington. He has had unexpected delays due to pandemic, red tape etc. This business is health and people, there are stringent rules regarding health and well-being. Dalton has to navigate carefully, and has. The delays are not in Dalton's control. HOWEVER I would bet a dollar to a dime Dalton is at the front of the line when the Health and Human resources bill passes!
