So, let's look at this analytically...(1) Youfeng can decide to "re-animate" the company, in order to make it a productive company again for, in addition to itself, the shareholders who involuntarily came "along for the ride," and who therefore would own some of the value/assets of the company, or, (2) Youfeng can "give the Youfeng-er" to those former shareholders who Moscato suckered (BTW, still haven't found any actual, credible, confirmation of his allegedly untimely demise), continue research/development of whatever products were available to NUGX, and start making money again for itself under a different (or, who really cares, the same) name.
I do check occasionally the national obituary websites for evidence of the con-man's passing...nothing yet.
