Thanks DTL for sharing that response from Sean.  I can tell you from experience, that government agencies tend to be a little "slow on the take up" sometimes.  I work in county government and know of people who work in the state and federal government that have the same experiences that TECO is having now with TRRC employees.  It can be very frustrating to say the least.  I can't wait for the day that we have 100+ bpd and those mofos on the flub stop posting the same garbage day in and day out.  I owe you a drink DTL, oh yeah I forgot, never mind I'll have a Jameson in your honor, and one for Sean and one more for Bull.  What the hill "It's 5 o'clock somewhere!"
