More from Sean on the RRC reports. dandaman; you were sent the same text so I posted it for us:
Don,
I just spoke with the TRRC regarding each lease specifically mentioned by shareholders. All H-15's are done and are in the process of being filed/reviewed by the TRRC right now. That will meet the compliance of all the leases that they keep mentioning (except BARNES). They should be processed this week or next week at the latest.
The Woolridge is having an inspection done this Friday. We got notification last night. It was plugged in late November and TRRC people were on site to witness it. TRRC didn't close the file and put no record of a site inspection done that same day. They're sending someone to complete the file and it should be resolved Friday/Monday. This was supposed to have been removed MONTHS ago, but wasn't and we finally got the response today on the matter.
The BARNES as we have mentioned is no longer part of our lease inventory, but still remains in our inventory according to the TRRC until we can get an in person hearing (which has to be scheduled). The conditions of the lease transfer are being reviewed by the TRRC and requires an in person hearing. The problem at hand is related to one well in particular and the TRRC is still reviewing the conditions of one of the wells on the lease. According to our field operations, "This is the only well in the State of Texas drilled like this."
I hope that gives you and the others insight into the TRRC issues. They've been resolved on our end, we're just waiting on the TRRC. iHub won't believe TECO until they see it on the TRRC website -- which will change probably early next week.
