I agree with you on all points. I was putting a lot of faith in Cyrus, but always sensed that he was naive to the "true picture" with FDA (EXTREME corruption), with early predictions of getting "hold" released in early 2023. Obviously, I am empathetic to his apparent health issues, but I am concerned that this move is a graceful way of backing out if he is potentially frustrated with FDA "progress" to the point of giving up seeing no end to them setting up "roadblocks." I believe Cyrus to be a good man, and well-intentioned.
