Just to be clear, there is not a "trial" here with Amarex, but an arbitration.
The big difference is that in an arbitration, there is no legal standard employed to reach a decision, such as "a preponderance of the evidence" or "without a reasonable doubt." For an arbitration, it is merely what the arbitrator finds based on his/her thoughts in connection with the evidence presented.
