I have a question which is riddeling me for some time now.
Due to the AMAREX litigation and several reviews from other experts we have now all the raw HIV trial data and we have a clear picture what AMAREX has done wrong. As several times stated by Cyrus, the raw clinical data is out of question and the efficacy number is still there.
Why does CYDY not hire a professional CRO and get this damn BLA done with the data?
I assume it would not interferre with the AMAREX litigation too, since this litigation is about what AMAREX did wrong with the crushing of clinical data and BLA fuck ups.
God damn, we have a P3 trial with 82% efficacy. We invested a s.itload of money and time and this is still our best and fastest shot on the way to revenue. On tope we will have a top notch safety analysis which will be undisputable. What else do you need for a successful BLA?
Is it simple tactics from Cyrus to not announce a second run on the HIV BLA, or are the bridges burned with FDA and HIV?
