The Barnes lease was the one specific that he addressed.  As to the other issues, I am assuming that they are aware of the problems and have filed the proper papers.  That is what he told me.  Definitely send it to him though.  I don't know if he'll be able to address each one specifically or not.  He said that the issues were addressed during meetings they had with TRRC and paperwork that was filed.  I can only assume that there is a list that the TRRC gives TECO and it is clear what the problems are with what specific leases.
