These companies using same address and phone #'s as publicly traded Sun Pacific Holding subsidiary Sun Pacific Power. Never mentioned as subsidiaries or named in any filings over the years? Looks like Ezewarm also had a USA & Canada office in Rhode Island for a very short period of time?

Interesting how those mystery lighting products , now showing up on the newly launched SPP online store, after being parked, on Sun Pacific Power's website backdoor link for years.
