NO loan means very short runway
NO path forward without a loan or some toxic loan having to give away the farm.
NO ability to drive revenue for over 5 years straight.
LOST primary revenue transit advertising contract
Every solar planned/announced project has FAILED (never even started)
NO chance of sustaining continued losses at 5X revenue much longer
NO products being shipped
NO corporate office
NO warehouse for Americas' foxess distribution
NOT $1 of foxess product sales/distribution since day 1 of partnership (18 months)
NO Spp branded solar panels being produced since day 1 of partnership (16 months)
TOO much unpaid cumulative debt on the books since day 1
Shareholders holding the bag from 600+ million shares issued in 2018-2020
A stock now suffering badly due to poor business decisions, coupled with no experience/peanuts for sales and no idea how to manage millions of dollars borrowed other than issuing convertible shares to offset loans.
