Second….it was Cyrus that told us that he plans a new Nash trial and of course we don’t have the money BUT what is stopping him??
Is it the hold? Does he need the lift to find investors?
Are they no investors anymore??
We all know that the partial hold is NOT for Nash so what is he waiting for?
