I've come to the conclusion through all this over the last 3 years that Health Care should not be a competition if you want good outcomes. You can't have one company pushing their drugs or device and "trying at the same time to crush the competition" in their field. It just doesn't make for good outcomes especially with a FDA overseeing the entire dance.
