Cyrus becoming CEO can happen with or without the holds being lifted. One is not absolutely dependent upon the other. You KNOW that.
Everyone (mgmt, Cyrus...and us lowly investors) all thought the holds would have been lifted by now, but clearly it was a bigger situation than we were led to believe, or maybe even than CYDY was led to believe. We'll probably never know. Something is more than odd...or maybe it isn't and Cyrus just hasn't shared anything with us yet. Eeeesh...this sucks but all we can do is wait.
