I am sure there are more companies than those listed that would love to pick up BIEL on the cheap! The key is to not even discuss it while the SP is in the toilet! The time for discussion is when the SP is much higher, which is where we all know it should be! To do so now would be a great disservice to shareholders! The value is much higher now with the No Pain Act! A penny a share should be the starting point of any discussion with anybody!
