I doubt we are either. It seems easy enough to merge the companies into Univec if that's what Doc wants to do especially with him owning all the companies.
Maybe he is using PPSI or HRI to raise private equity. He could also raise it with Univec but with HRI bringing in so much money it seems easier to go that route.
I say easy as I've seen other otc stocks do this along with larger companies like Elon bringing Twitter under X Corp. I'm sure there is paperwork involved and getting shareholders if there are any in his other companies on board.
I'm hoping for good news at some point. I try not to get discouraged. I have 15 years before I can think of retiring which coincides with my youngest daughter and youngest grandson turning 18.
Still holding all my shares in my accounts and my daughter and grandsons ESA's.
