Gummies and other such nutritional supplements are accepted in states that are good with it, but CBD & THC infused foods and beverages are still not approved by the FDA. Companies that choose to go ahead with it in spite of the FDA's position on it are at risk of getting kicked to the curb. Very large profitable companies should be able to take the hit and keep going, but small companies could get hurt badly. RMHB is ready to jump in where they can, but mostly when the federal BS is cleaned up and proper regulation for infused foods and beverages are established.
