It’s an unusual Sunday night Mothers Day out here on the Pacific Northwest coast, 90 degrees and I’m sitting here contemplating the hold up on lifting the hold. A lot has been written about games the FDA seems to be playing. I simply can’t understand the need to explain to them the details of future trial plans as a prerequisite to lifting the hold. I privately commented to ER that it’s like big powerful Oz telling Dorothy “we every intention of granting your wish but first you must bring me the broom of the wicked witch of the West, then the South, east….” Is it possible BP / FDA is trying to run out the clock on LL patents? Maybe this will be the week. I know my wife would not be very happy if I bought more shares for her on Mothers Day.
