I’ve slammed the FDA for a while for the bureaucratic nonsense that goes on there but to add some balance here…we really caused a lot of the craziness ourselves during the NP era. He is now going on trial which probably supports some of the concerns the fda had about Cytodyn. A phony BLA to Jack the stock up so he could sell shares is a black eye for any company and building back trust takes time. It’s unfortunate and I think it’s surprising the new management on how long it’s taking based on comments about how excited they were for events which they felt would happen earlier in 2023.so here we are. . I hope we get the news soon because we can’t go thru 2023 where we have been since January of 2022.
