What I am trying to tell you is that title 8 is the long standing border policy we have lived with for many years. It’s our Senate and Congress that can’t agree or even attempt to change things for the better. So we live with what we have.
Trump didn’t bother to change title 8. He used emergency title 42 because of the pandemic allowed it. Maybe you didn’t hear but the government is saying the emergency part of the pandemic/endemic is now over and we have to live with Covid. It will never go away like HIV. Mostly because it changes so often like HIV. Non the less… Covid will be around our whole life and the average life expectancy will suffer for it. Those golden years… reduced.
