I don't know as the payment (described as a donation) went to a 'hotmail' account. The packaging does show it contains a black elastic wrap, presumably for the knee. The very same I had bought several years ago. I would guess (only a guess!) that it is coming from overseas given the KT agreement, but who really knows. No retailer or 'existing channel partner' was listed on the email receipt.

Maybe they got the stock (domestic or other?) on the cheap from a retailer who was upgrading. I'm not too concerned about fraud but we shall see. I will let this board know when (if?) I get the product.
