i didn't say August 1 - i had said August / end of August in my original post.
boiling it down, all is said was:
1. Cyrus is going to take care of business / the hold will get lifted
2. the SP will be 27-30 in the meantime (that's above where we are now/when i posted)
3. the FDA is slow - and any process involving them takes longer than we'd like.
so again, i don't see how any one of my points is negative or unrealistic. the only "negative" is me saying the FDA sucks and will take longer than we hope. so if i'm bashing, it's the FDA that i'm bashing - and i think they deserve that based on history.
for the record, i agree that the repair process is well underway - that's been one of my major points recently. whether we're "fully repaired" or most of the way - who knows. but we'll get there for sure.
