RMHB changed from filing its financial reports (10-Q, 10-K) with OTC Markets rather than directly to the SEC. One of the OTC Markets requirements is an outside firm must analyze the filing to ensure it is accurate and to answer a question about whether the company is now or ever was a shell (a company with no business, no revenues). The letter, imho, is very favorable for RMHB.
