well, it's worth an informal poll on this board - since there's not much else to discuss, let's finally have some fun and make people put their money where their mouth is.

I am going with end of Aug as the date by which the hold is officially lifted. (not when we reply, etc. - but when it is lifted officially). I imagine the FDA will do squat the month of July (Summer vacation), so that factors in.
