My opinion is that the transformation of our image in the FDA's eyes is well under way. At the end of the day, it's all about personal interaction - and every highly professional interaction they have with Cyrus, chips away at the un-professional actions of Nader - until eventually they see us for what we are now - a totally different, highly professional organization - the type of company that deserves their support. I do believe this last screw-job means that we're not there yet in their eyes. But if we come back with everything they need in an organized fashion this time, that should do it (at least i hope).

I'm convinced we'll get there. but if I had to guess, i think it will be late in the Summer (or even early Fall) until everything is submitted, and we get a response from the FDA. I base this on having watched everything in the regulatory world taking twice as long as i ever expect.

maybe we'll get a nice surprise and it's lifted in the next month - but it seems highly unlikely to me. in the meantime, we probably chop around 27-30 cents, and that represents a great entry for those who are new to the game.
