IMHO, can't imagine front line workers and patients, desperately needing PPE during February, March and April 2020, and you have these greedy clowns/actors pretending to be a 3M reseller/distributor ...and attempting to price gouge NYC ...wasting the city's time and hopes while patients were dying at high daily rates.
IMHO, Any board of directors of any real company would have booted the clown out of the company just for any involvement (and very well-involved) in such a disgusting scheme. But, that doesn't happen when a ceo is the only employee, controls the board of directors (2 people) and holds all voting rights. It would have been much more impressive if the ceo resigned back then versus driving the company off the cliff 3 years later after borrowing millions in private loans.
Except (IMHO) It's all publicly available information.
IMHO...best example of fraudulent scum of the earth.
